  • Recruit volunteers from your organization to provide compassionate care through friendly visits, transportation, respite care, light housekeeping and errands.

  • Refer frail elderly from your organization or from the community who are in need of Faith in Action services.

  • Provide financial support by including Faith in Action in your annual budget or by assisting with fund-raising activities.

  • Offer space and in-kind support for volunteer training and meetings as well as other general operational needs.

  • Help identify leaders from your organization to serve as committee members or group coordinators.

  • Help get the word out by regularly including Faith in Action information in bulletins and newsletters.

What are the benefits of coalition membership?

  • An effective in-home ministry to your congregation or organization members

  • Connection with other faith communities and service organizations in working together to meet local needs
